MY WAII RENTAL RATES:

$330 nightly. 7th Night Free April 15 to December 15
$175 cleaning fee
Monthly discount (28 days or longer) 10% off April 15 - December 15
5% returning guest discount

MY WAII RENTAL POLICY:

Check in 3:00 PM Check out 10:00 AM
Minimum stay: 5 nights.
Deposit: $500 of rental due within 10 days of confirmation. Check only. No credit cards.
Final payment: 60 days prior to arrival; 90 days prior during holidays.
Last minute bookings: If booked less than 60 days prior to arrival, payment is due immediately.
Cancellation policy: $200 cancel fee, once funds are on account until 61 days prior to arrival.
60-31 days prior to arrival: Cancellation fee is 50% of total cost.
30 days or less: No refund, unless re-rented, then $200 is charged. No refunds on no shows or early departures.
Trip cancellation insurance is recommended and available at time of booking.
